Eset Cancelled License

hello , i have a license key for three computers suppose to expire May 2019 but it just stopped working i tried using the key it says Activation Failed ,Cancelled License ACT 17.. Anyone with an idea

If the license was canceled, please contact the distributor or seller from whom you purchased it.

are you able to check validity of the license because it used to say till may 2019 then suddenly its cancelled

Please follow my advice above. Only the seller should know the exact reason of cancellation.
