Network Pc Not showing up

After installing ESET Endpoint Security in one of organization, network pc not showing up in My network. I have set Filtering mode to Learning Mode and also added Known Network in ERA Policy.

Does temporarily disabling the firewall make a difference? Did you mark the detected network as home/office trusted network upon detection?

Disabling firewall sometime helps but most of case we have to disable all firewall protection  including IDS and also created network as home /office trusted network.

If We Uinstall Product and restart system then all pc shows up properly.

Below Service that encourage a problem , If this set to be manual then pc not showing in my network .
