ERA with MDM clear alert

Hi,

I've installed an ERA server with DMD. Sometimes I get APNS service connection problems  alert. I found in a log some timeout error ( APN: An exception occurred while notifying APNS for device a0370xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx99bc: "Timeout". Aborting APNS connection.), but after a short time it solved. But the alert is still shown.

I can not clear the alert from ERA console, but the MDM service restart (ESET Remote Administrator Mobile Device Connector service.) clears it. Is there some less painful method to clear this alert, or I miss something?
