Anti-Theft no on demand location instead of use "Test antitheft" and sms command

Dear ESET Technical Support,

Recently I install ESET Mobile Security Premium, I have a trouble to on Demand check the location of my phone in My Eset.com under Anti Theft menu, as I didn't find to on check the location instead of use Anti Theft Test and SMS Command.

Please advice me how to check the location by on demand, and please inform whether ESET Mobile Security give a report such as location during in periods time instead of when the low battery.

Hi,

Periodic (and automatic) data collecting is only possible in Stolen state (which is not recommended if your device isn't stolen).
