Password reset for parental control on a mobile device

Hello All,

 

I am trying to reset a password for parental control on ESET mobile security,

The customer has forgotten his password from the KB https://parentalcontrol.eset.com/?stschck=1 it only gives option for login and register 

Kindly suggest a work around

Clicking "Sign in" will open a login web page with an option to reset the password ("Forgot password" link).

I have eset not optimized in battery settings and I don't have a powersaving app on the phone
