Error - Failed to Rename File

I have been getting a Failed to Rename File Error from Nod 32.  Not sure what it relates to.  I have noticed a recent slowing of my computer response and in looking at Task Manager ESET is using the majority of CPU resources.  Any suggestions?

An application running on the machine is touching update files which causes the updater to fail to rename the appropriate folder. The issue may occur intermittently, e.g. one per several weeks. A workaround for this will be included in v12.
