Administrators Marcos 4,614 Posted December 20, 2013 Administrators Share Posted December 20, 2013 Hello, please continue as follows: - configure Windows to generate kernel or complete memory dumps manually (hxxp://support.microsoft.com/kb/972110/en-us) - restart Windows - reproduce BSOD - after a computer restart, compress the memory dump, upload it to a safe location and supply the download link to Customer care or pm me the link. Solution bigc73542 0 Posted January 17, 2014 Author Solution Share Posted January 17, 2014 (edited) For one last chance I reinstalled Eset antivirus again just to see if I might be able to get a log or at least see what might be causing the BSOD's. Antivirus 7 is running perfectly now. I don't guess I will ever know what the problem was but at least it is working as it should now. Thanks for taking the time to try and help.
