Accessibility Issue

I have Redmi Note 4x.

Since the beginning of using this app, I have a problem with the anti-phishing feature. 

Although I already granted the accessibility permission, the app still wants accessibility permission told me to turn it on and obviously, the feature did not work.

Is there any solutions?

What browser and version do you use? Not all re supported by Anti-phishing.

I have chrome.

Now it's working, I accidentally clicked malicious sites and the app blocked it. I think this is a bug. I realize that this always occurs whenever I reinstalled the app.
