MDM Android Password Policy

Question, is there a way to mimic the "Allow Simple Value" from the iOS policy in the Android policy as well? I cant see a way to allow a 4 digit numerical passcode without also allowing simple values in the Android policy. We set the phones up with a passcode of all 1 (1111) and with a iOS device it works awesome. Hand the user the device and after an hour they are forced to change the passcode to something not so simple. How do I replicate that behavior with Android?
