lbadmin 0 Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 Hello There, Just getting things set up with ESET. We have updates set up as a scheduled task. However we have some laptops that will for periods of time have zero network access. When the update runs, it eventually fails and displays an alert "Server not found". Is there a way to disable just this alert or set ESET to not check for updates when no network connection is available? I did find a setting to disable notifications that do not require user interaction but my understanding that will turn off much more than just this single notification.

What I am thinking of, is to apply a different update configuration / scheduler configuration based on the connected network - meaning suppress updates during no network connection, or keep them configured when a specific network is connected. But for that purpose, presence of ERA agent would be required.
