I am redirected to a page where I have to enter HTTP credentials. https://download.eset.com/com/eset/apps/business/eea/linux/latest/ueavbe.x86_64.de.linux For the 32-Bit version all is ok. You can try downloading the installer from https://www.eset.com/int/business/endpoint-security/linux-antivirus/download/ if there's an issue with the German website.
