Isolated installation and deployment of antivirus

I could not find any suggestion on deploying eset antivirus in offline networks. How can I deploy offline, and replicate update and deployment contents from online network?

Will those computers be completely isolated from the Internet? Will they have visibility to the machine running the ERA Server? Are all those computers in a domain?

The network is isolated from all other networks due to security policies. There is an active directory domain already setup. All computers are member of this domain. This network is supposed to have a dedicated ERA for update and deployment purposes. The same server is also going to be used for update distribution. Updates and distribution packages will be manually transferred from the counterpart that is connected to Internet (There is also a similar setup for Internet connected Domain)

Question is how to setup these two environments for a flawless and easy replication and easy deployment?
