Digiraiter 0 Posted April 28, 2018 Share Posted April 28, 2018 Windows 7 SP1 ESET Smart Security V.11 Hello I had this problem for quite a while back then i could not start ESET if one of following been Running Autodesk Update Adobe Update Dropbox So I had to close these programs and then ESET would have started running But Right now it stopped working and even thought i Stopped all Programs and Services I could, It's not working what should I do Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Administrators Marcos 5,069 Posted April 28, 2018 Administrators Share Posted April 28, 2018 Since you are able to reproduce the crash, please right-click egui.exe while the above mentioned error is displayed and select "Create dump file". Compress the dump and also gather logs with ELC. Finally upload both archivea to a safe location and drop me a private message with download links.
