MrsTillyFlop 0
Hi, I'm going round in circles trying to resolve an anti-theft optimization issue. I have anti-theft enabled but keep getting a warning "this device isn't optimized for anti-theft". On my ESET account I'm not able to add the device which is my laptop. I've tried to disable anti-theft so I can enable again but this isn't working either. Help!! Many thanks, Christine

Administrators Marcos 5,295 Posted April 21, 2018 Administrators Share Posted April 21, 2018 Are you saying that you are having two issues? First one that your mobile is not optimized for AT and the second one that your notebook doesn't appear in the AT portal? As for the second issue, did you enable AT on the laptop, entered your UP and then was asked to enter the device name? Did the process finish with the message "Device association has been completed" ?
