Issue Re-Active A License After Reinstallion

Im getting a few errors  while trying to activate the software

ACT.0 - doesnt explain much just to contact Support

Error Code: ECP.4098 -  Your ESET product is having trouble connecting with ESET servers.

Error Code: ECP.20032 - ESET Server doesnt seem to respond and I get to retry...

Software Version 11.1.42.0

Windows 10 Pro x64Bit Version 1709

I went to https://www.eset.com/ and I do get the site

Is there any problem with ESET Servers or It something on my side?

I've just tried activation and it worked like a charm. Since you are installing ESET NOD32 Antivirus, I assume that you also have a firewall installed which might be preventing ESET from reaching activation servers.
