Chris Moorhead 0
We're running Endpoint Security 6.6 for Windows. Is it possible to disable the IDS option based on firewall profile or connected network? We're finding the IDS blocks a lot of legitimate traffic when a device is on our LAN, but I'd prefer to have it enabled when a device is away from our internal network. Administrators Marcos 5,273 Posted April 12, 2018 Administrators Share Posted April 12, 2018 Is it a port scan attack that is detected? You can create exceptions for remote IP addresses from which legitimate communication is blocked or even bind the exception to a specific firewall profile (e.g. the one that is active when connected to your company's LAN).
