Question about Windows Update KB4093112 and NOD32

Greetings. It would seem that Windows Update wants to download a new update for the Windows 10 in the form of KB4093112 bringing the OS version to Build 16299.371.

I was simply wondering if Eset Nod32 Antivirus version 11.0.159.9 is fully compatible with this new update?

I haven't upgraded to version 11.1.42.1 yet due to some of the problems I've read about for that version (I do believe that is the latest version?)

This is Win's April cumulative update to ver. 1709. I believe you are confusing this with Win 10 April product upgrade to ver. 1803 which it is not.
