Win7 not allow ESET NOD32 to turn on(?)

Good afternoon:  Windows 7 machine, giving me the "important message" warning...(see attached).

When I click on the "Turn on now" the action center asks if I trust the publisher.  I select yes...nothing happens.  And I don't see ESET in the system tray. 

Thoughts?

Try uninstalling ESET and installing it from scratch so that registration to Windows Security Center is performed. Should the problem persist, check if ekrn.exe is running.

...and this...so ran the specialized cleaner...and nothing.

Where can i find the logs?  ESET was uninstalled from computer.

Run ELC and collect logs as per the instructions at https://support.eset.com/kb3466/.

That is just an ELC operation log. ELC generates a zip archive with all collected logs.
