My business authorised me to purchase the Endpoint Protection: Advanced, for 11 endpoints today.  It's been about 2 hours since purchasing, and I have received the purchase confirmation, as well as the License Admin setup, but I have yet to receive the actual activation key.  I have sent a "lost activation key" request in twice, and I have still yet to get anything.  I've checked my trash and spam folders already, and the other emails were being sent to Spam, but I would have thought I should have gotten the activation info in by now.   The weekend is the only "slow" time we have to really be able to install and setup everything, without worrying about our business being impacted, so this is obviously a bit of a wrench in today's plans.  Is it normal to wait this long or....?

Please provide me with your registration email address so that try to look up your license on files.
