is there a way to download a old version for a tablet running windows?

i own an almost 3 or 4 tablet running windows 10

is there a way to download eset smart security 7 or 8 ?

just because there is really not lot of freespace on the tablet ,

on internet i have found several sites but they contains malware

We don't have any special version for tablets with Windows, only with Android.
