First time installing, update download VERY SLOW

When i deploy ESET on the machines. It does install quickly. After that it connects to my ERA and it downloads the updates for the first time. It's only 15 mb. But it takes 20-30 min. The download speed is fast. So thats not the case. 

 

Eset support told me that the updates are downloading directly from the eset servers. 

 

Is that true? Or do they download the updates from my ERA server?

Had the download speed been slower for a longer time or just yesterday?
