Offline units connected

Hi All!

I have problem with Generate new offline License in ELA. I still receive alert  "Offline units are connected to the internet

Units activated via offline license file have been connecting to the internet and should be activated with the regular license" 

Any ideas to resolve this issue?

Did you use an offline license file to activate Endpoint only on computers that never connect to the Internet? If those computers connect to the Internet, activate them from ERA or manually from the main gui.

No, I used offline license file to activate Endpoint on computer which has not permanent access to internet. In my company I must switch on access to Internet from time to time.

So the question is if the computer has connected to the Internet at least once after installing Endpoint. Offline license files are intended for use only on completely isolated computers that never connect to the Internet.
