New sim card - phone locked - email with code not coming

I have Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Dual SIM. I replaced the second SIM yesterday and today, the phone is locked and I am not receiving the code. I am not sure to which address is it supposed to be sent, but it is not coming to any of my email addresses. I am not able to use the phone and it's emergency, since I am traveling. Please help!!!

In case it's a purchased via Google play it should be the address of your Google account's address.
