Allow WD Element Harddrive

I have problems when i install WD Element external hard drive för backup.

It says i have to Allow WD Backup in Eset but i can not find where to do this.

I also use the Element, but have never seen what you are referring to. Can you post a screen shot?

Here's is how i did:

I press the WD Backup icon

I choose Add Device

When it identifies devices, it only finds Dropbox

I read online that the cause may be virus protection. You must then give WD permission in Eset.

I will try to shut down Eset. Perhaps there is no place to allow WD.
