Mobile security locks Samsung Note 8 after 2 seconds

Just after I activated by my new Note 8 the Anti-Theft options from the Eset Mobil Security app the screen is switching off after aprox 1-2 seconds.

This started when I enabled SMA text commands and that the Eset app could switch the device or screen off.

When I enter my pin the mobile-phone screen opens as normal, but then it gets switched off again after 1-2 seconds.

Could I go over a PC into the settings of the APP and disable this function?

Or what could I do?
