Hello all

I have a question concerning ESET Internet security licences.

Couple of months ago, I inserted 5 licences of ESET Internet security, in the one and only account that I have using My.ESET.COM (license manager).

Almost immediately I received an e-mail with my 5 license credentials. 

The hole point was to use 5 licenses in 5 different PCs and control all of them from one account.

Now, the problem is that the license manager, in My.ESET.com shows only the 1st inserted license and not the 4 rest (as the uploaded image shows).

Of course I tried to communicate with ESET Customer service but no matter how many times I tried, I received the following answer:

So, is there anyone that knows anything about this matter?

Do you really have 5 genuine licenses and not one for 5 devices? If so, please drop me a personal message with license keys for each of the license.
