Non-recovery of the main account after anti-theft

Is the device still marked as missing in the AT portal? If so, please mark it as found and wait a little bit until the client connects to ESET's servers for AT status update.

You can also drop me a personal message with your registration address for my.eset.com and the name of the troublesome device.

Do you have wifi enabled? Is the only problem that you don't see your notebook's location in the AT portal?
