Everytime my ESET Endpoint Security 6.6 tries to check for a new Update, my intranet websites stops loading, if the Update timeout(don't update successfully) the problem continues, when this happens I have to Uninstall the software so I can use the websites again. I've tried to disable all the security modules from the software but it didn't change the outcome. My ESET Endpoint is being managed by an ERA V6. Any ideas in what might be happening? Moreover, there's no relation between downloading updates and protocol filtering. I'd suggest contacting customer care so that the case is properly tracked.
