djped 0
If I power down (sleep) my Surface Pro (Windows 10 x64) overnight or for a long period of time on the next resume there is normally an ESET NOD32 requires your attention notification waiting for me in the system tray. Clicking on this notification does nothing as there is no issue in the ESET GUI. I've checked the ESET log files and there are no notifications or events in there that would indicate why it's showing a problem. How can I figure out why it's giving this notification and switch it off without switching off all other warnings?

djped 0
The notification stays there until I click it or dismiss it. Clicking it takes me into Eset but there is nothing to see. The software is up to date. 11.0.159.9.
ESET Moderators foneil 342 Posted February 27, 2018 ESET Moderators Share Posted February 27, 2018 Can you check if the option for Presentation Mode/Gamer Mode is enabled? If it is, try disabling it.
