I have purchased new ESET Protection Adfvanced - Business license to replace existing ESET File Security license expiring in few days... ESET RA does not allow to use this new license to be applied to activate the existing products. Wrong license?

thank you for the prompt response. It works now. I didn't realize I have to grant myself "authorization" in ELM first.
