Computer group with Agent but with no Antivirus installed

Hello

I would like to display computers with Agent installed but without Endpoint Antivirus installed. I tried creating a template with a condition: "Installed software . Application name doesn't contain ESET Endpoint Antivirus", but it doesn't seem to work, as it selects computers with Endpoint Antivirus installed.

Hello Maniel, here you can find an example of a Dynamic Group for computers with(out) the installed ESET security product:

I set up a dynamic group using the following:

NOR (All conditions have to be false)
Installed software.Application name = (equal) ESET Endpoint Antivirus

Have you tried the setup from the example? This should work for you:

NOR

Managed products mask in ESET protected: Desktop

If you have also non-desktop clients, you need to add the respective category as well, .e.g. ESET protected: Server.
