Activation again

hi. I have a problem when i want to activate product. I reinstall my windows ( I had windows 8.1 and now install windows 10) and then reinstall my internet security antivirus.  i have a product key but when enter it in www.us-eset.com/register this message will appear : There was an error registering your serial number. Please contact support. what should I do ?

What format of the product key do you have? Is it in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX ? If so, you should be able to enter it in the activation form in gui - Help and support -> Change license.

I dont have any license key or username- password ... I just have a product key for this product. I could install it for the first time but after reinstall my windows everything was clean.
