novice 20
So, I installed ESET internet security 11 and I decided to test the firewall. I open Ashampoo Burning Studio 2015 and I clicked on "Help" / "Ashampoo support" ESET prompted me to create a rule, I created it , yet Ashampoo is able to connect to "Help" It seems like 'Ashampoo" is using IE as a "Child", and IE has a rule to "allow" on port 80 and 443.
