ESET Staff MartinK 376 Posted February 18, 2018 ESET Staff Share Posted February 18, 2018 Most probable cause of failure is problem with devices deactivation - could you confirm you selected "Deactivate device" when removing computers? I would also recommend to check SERVER's trace.log for more detailed error description, as "Internal error" in this case means that it is not localized error, which most probably means error that cannot be resolved by user itself. If you used "Deactivate device", you may remove computer without deactivation, and if deactivation is actually required, you can use ESET licensing portal to do so. We would also appreciate detailed error message from trace log, as it will be most probably issue in ESET licensing infrastructure.
