after updating, I can't activate, uninstall or reinstall my antivirus at all

hi.

I updated my eset smart security yesterday, and after that, now, I cant update, activate, uninstall, or reinstall it again.

I bought a license for two computers.  I tried to activate my laptop's antivirus a lot but I couldn't. 

1. my new version does not have "change license"

2. when I want to uninstall or reinstall the software it makes a massage and doesn't work. the massage is "enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package NUPE2A4.msi in the box below".

How can I fix it? the version of my "ESET smart security" is 10.1.235.0.

I could activate my desktop PC's antivirus but I can't still activate my laptop's antivirus.

Most likely the msi file was removed from c:\windows\installer in the mean time (e.g. unwittingly during a disk cleanup).

Use the Uninstall tool to remove ESET in safe mode prior to installing it from scratch.
