Chrome override web control

I created a web control policy where I blocked the youtube URL but it only works in Internet explorer and mozilla but not in chrome. I have SSL / TLS protocol filtering enabled.

How can i fix this?.

Please try deleting cached data. For me it started to work afterwards. The issue has been reported to engineers for further investigation.

I've called our office that handles our firewall and ask them to block youtube but I'm not sure they know what they are doing. How and where do I need to go to block youtube and facebook using ESET?

You can either use Web control rules to block access to "youtube.com" and "facebook.com", or Address management in the Web protection setup to block the domains (the latter supports wildcards, ie. "*yotube.com*", "*facebook.com*".

In Chrome you might need to disable QUIC support as shown below:
