6.5 ERA - some clients have green check mark, some do not

Hello. I am running version 6.5.522.0 of ERA Server and 6.5.388.0 of ERA Web Console. I do a sync each day with AD and have had ERA 6.5 running for several months now. Still in the process of migrating from 5.x ERA. While all 6.5 clients are getting updates some have a green check mark in the Status column and others have the blue circle with white in the center (Modules reads Unknown.) Do I just need to update the ERA components? Apologize if this has been answered already. I did a few searches here but came up with nothing.
