error to remove licence on client with ERA for VMware and AD

Hello,

i got two errors in the " server tasks" -> "all types of tasks"  in french ( Détails de la tâche serveur : Libération des licences sur les PC 90 jours non connecté ) 

my error is in remove licence task log "Some computers were not deactivated and thus they were not removed"

and error : "DeactivateComputers: Computer deactivation failed"

I tested my task in other AD UO (UnitOrganisation), this works.

Topology :

My ESET Remote administrator server runs on VMware with active directoy windows connector

my version AD domain is 2008R2 running windows  server std 2012R2.

linux kerberos connector working and synchronise AD users and AD computers

Solved 

modifie tasks server 

1/ I untagged "desactivate licencing" 

2/ start tasks

3 /reenter in tasks , and tag desactivate licencing" 

4 / restart tasks
