ESET Moderators ESET Security Forum 39 Posted January 24, 2018 ESET Moderators Share Posted January 24, 2018 ESET Endpoint Antivirus and ESET Endpoint Security versions 6.6.2072.2 and 6.5.2118.2 have been released. This release resolves an issue with the most recent Windows Update distribution. Endpoints versions 6.6.2072.0 and 6.5.2118.0 with the most up-to-date Anti-Stealth module DO NOT need to upgrade to this new build The Anti-Stealth module was updated per normal module update process and existing Endpoint installations that receive the regular module updates do not need to be updated. Check for latest Anti-Stealth module (optional, and only for existing installations) From the client workstation (or you can use RDP to check remotely), from the main program window click Update → Show all modules. The updated module is 1120. Changelog: Fixed: Stop error (BSOD) in Anti-Stealth module on Windows 10 x86, as a result of OS update series remediating critical vulnerabilities in processor architecture (KB4073291). This build replaces versions 6.6.2072.0 and 6.5.2118.0 and includes the previous changelog items. Upgrade Clients to the Latest Version Updated builds of ESET endpoint products are available from the ESET Remote Administrator repository and the ESET download page (version 6.5.x is only available from the repository). To upgrade clients on your network to the latest version, send an upgrade task to clients, or distribute the installer file to clients and run a local installation.
