Hope all is well for you both. ;)

I'm seeing this message for the first time ever in my VMware Fusion VM-WIN10PROx64 - 1607!

Try uninstalling ESET so that unregistration from WSC is performed and installing it from scratch. Should the problem persist, please contact customer care so that the case is properly tracked.

BUT! MS WDSC was not even active on my VM, what changed in ESET IS that it gives me this message? Am I the only one here, because I could not find any hits for my searchstring here on the forums...

One thing you could check - make sure that the Security Center service is set to start automatically and is already started.
