Eset Mobile Security can be uninstalled by user on Android 7

Have ERA6 setup started rolling out new phones and users can uninstall ESET Mobile Security.

They can't do it from inside ESET everything is grayed out and requires a password but they can go into applications and remove it.

Works as expected on Android 6.0.1

All features appear to work fine except it can be removed.
