Nova 0 Posted January 10, 2018 Share Posted January 10, 2018 Hi! when i try to update the av database i get the message: root@system:/opt/eset/esets/sbin# ./esets_update --verbose File corrupted.e 7 of 7 In the web interface the message is: 2018-01-10 12:41:27 UTC (with status 18) file corrupted How can i clear the cache? Administrators Marcos 5,074 Posted January 10, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 10, 2018 Try capturing the network communication during update to a pcap file as follows and then post it here: tcpdump -s 0 port http or dns -i eth0 -w update.pcap If too big to attach, try to compress it or upload it to DropBox, OneDrive, etc. and post a download link.
