Last updated date on ERA not updating

According the the log
I work at an managed service provider and I was tasked with what this issue is.

Any Help Would be greatly appreciated.

This error means that AGENT connection to localhost:2222 is rejecting SERVER's certificate, because it is missing CA certificate.

Any chance SERVER's certificate has been changed? Regardless of that, I would recommend to create new AGENT installer (new should contain correct CA certificate) and try to repair AGENT installation.
