Hard disk activity

Hi,  My ESET is continuously showing lot of activity on one of my hard disk 63-80% in the process manager  average 15-16 MB/s  (from 10 to 20).  how can I see what is going on.  In the ESET interface I can't see anything currently processing.  Maybe I don't know where to check

Why do you think the disk activity is caused by ESET? Please create a Procmon log from time when the issue is manifesting and leave it capture operations for at least 1-2 minutes. When done, compress the log. Also collect logs with ELC, upload both archives to a safe location (e.g. Dropbox, Onedrive, etc.) and pm me download links.
