Cannot find certain Policy Items

I am trying to edit the profile i push out to users to include the settings that are highlighted in the following picture from the client settings.

 

 

 

Unfortunately, i cannot seem to find the option on the policy editor. Can someone point me in the right direction?

In the configuration editor, navigate to Windows desktop v5 -> Email filter -> Settings.
