when i plugg cable for me phone windows cant find driver after i unistall eset it work fine any suggestion to fix ?

no still dont work i unistall it again now and windows found drive after

I assumed that Device control integration was disabled which is by default. Please confirm. Should the problem persist, also try disabling automatic real-time protection start and restart the computer.
