Using System Variable Paths in Exclusions?

Is it possible to use system variable paths for setting antivirus exclusions? For instance "%ProgramFiles%" instead of "C:\Program Files\". I'm not seeing that anywhere in the documentation, but have been able to do it in the past with other products.
