Disabling Parental Apps

I created a user name and password. I registered. Then when I went back into Eset to log in so I could disable the parental app, it didn't work. I reset my password. I can log in online, but this is useless. I need to be able to disable the parental app and I can't get into the account on my computer. It is frustrating because we wanted to watch a movie on google play and parental app blocked it. Parental apps block things that are very vanilla. It's also frustrating because Eset customer service is closed on weekends and my daughter attends boarding school, so there is no way I can have her actual computer in front of me during Eset's hours. 

 

This will be the final and only time we use Eset.
