Is my computer safe? Threat found but not identified?

Hi all,

ESET recently detected a Trojan on a website I visited.  It blocked it, it seems, and says my computer is safe.

I did a full scan, and the scan said:

Number of cleaned objects: 1

[1] Object has been deleted as it only contained the virus body.

 

But nowhere can I find what the threat was.  I don't see it anywhere in the log.

So my main question is:

Is my computer safe?  Is it safe to use emails and internet banking?

Check the scan log details under Tools -> More tools -> Log files -> Computer scan.
