How I can block every EXE in a folder without adding each one individually to the Firewall Rules list?

I'd like to know how I can block every EXE in a folder without adding each one individually to the Firewall Rules list? If there's no way to do it through the GUI, is there a way to edit the config file and add the EXEs to it? I just don't want to add each EXE through he advanced settings since it's very tedious.
